Why Hope-Without-Borders?

Welcome to "Hope-Without-Borders"!

The blog is under construction, but I hope it will soon be a place to post items in and about the "multiple dimensions" in which we all live our lives. Among the areas I've been commenting on lately are international law, human rights, race, gender, culture, disability, accessible technology and the new media, the global economy, "development," TWAIL (Third World Approaches to International Law), film, music, and anything else that comes to mind on a given day.

Meanwhile, see my posts on IntLawGrrls, my abstracts and papers on SSRN, and my Northeastern faculty bio.
